You're probably here to learn more about Zee Johnson, the marketing director, writer and editor, yes? That's me. Nice to meet you. I often find difficulty in meeting people and listing only the most interesting aspects of myself. Like most folks, I have so many intricacies working together to make me ... me. So, here's what I'll say.

I'm the mother of a wrestling- and muscle car-loving little boy. I'm from the part of New Jersey that's just minutes from Philadelphia. I love a fresh vegan yogurt parfait, settling in with a good fiction book, the History channel, and long car rides that include music as loud as my ears will allow.

 

But of all the things I like to do, creating digital content is my passion. Actually, I taught myself to code, create websites, and design graphics more than 20 years ago. I've now been showcasing those skills professionally for 10 years.

So far in my career in marketing and communications, I’ve successfully met the needs of varying audiences, including C-suite executives looking for guidance to solve a pressing business problem, international educators expanding their institution's operations globally, nursing home operators working to stay compliant with federal regulations, and curly-haired adults seeking the perfect product to tame their tresses.

 

My agility and well-roundedness, paired with my solid and expanding knowledge of digital media, have allowed me to work with award-winning companies, such as the Baltimore Sun and HRO Today.​
